what alternative treatments are good for PCOS?

anyone had any luck with treating PCOS with alternative medicine? I dont want to go on the pill. it only masks the problem. I’m normal weight so weight is not an issue… what can i do?

I haven’t had any luck yet, but I am going to try a product
called glucofast to help deter insulin resistance.
