You SHOULD use a machine at night to help with breathing, however I have heard that you breathe easier laying on your side. Try sewing a tennis ball onto the back of a T-Shirt so you won’t roll on your back when you sleep.

Are you over weight? This can sometimes cause a problem. If not you could try the mask, surgery, acupuncture, chiropractic.
