What is the best alternative boils treatment available?
I’ve tried everything on the market I think. I’ve heard that alternative medicines may have the answer.
Are there any alternative or homeopathic boils treatment options out there that actually work?

Boils are a result of a poor immune system. They are infections, lodged deep under the skin, usually caused by some foreign object (like a hair or piece of wood or something) lodged under the skin.
Bacteria finds the opening in the skin and attacks. If the immune system can’t fight it, the infection festers and you end up with a boil.
There are some very effective remedies for getting rid of and for preventing boils. Here is a Website: http://www.health-news-reports.com/Boils/BoilsTreatment.php that explains it pretty well and provides suggestions for alternative medicine boils treatment.

Hello there,
I am a Native American Indian woman (Navajo) and we have a treatment that works for boils. It is very natural and I have noticed that the doctors now use it after surgery.
It is Pine Pitch. It is that yellow sap that oozes out of Pine/Pinon trees. It has to boiled, filtered and while it is still hot…..apply it directly on the boil, cover with gauze, wrap it up and do not uncover (not even to take a peak at it) for one whole week. Cover the area with plastic when you shower/wash but DO NOT uncover it. After seven days, you may uncover. The boil will be gone. Don’t ask me what is in this pine pitch….it does work! We have used it for hundreds and hundreds of years. It is also good for animals that have infections. Try it…if you have tried everything, you need not go further.
